Ripe apricot, honeydew melon, and vineyard peach, exotic hints of pineapple and passion fruit. Well-integrated acidity, a good balance of freshness and great depth. Ripe yellow fruit meets animating minerality and salinity.

Harvested by hand in small containers in the early morning, additionally cooled to preserve their freshness and avoid any oxidation.  The grapes are gently processed, then fermented spontaneously at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with the vineyard's own native yeasts.
