A delicate, sweet cherry with exotic aromas such as golden yellow banana and passion fruit. Ripeness of the vintage reveals strong hints of wild strawberries, lychee, and an almost Oriental hint of curry. Warm and animating, never hot. Fine balance gives the wine incredible tension.

Harvested by hand in small containers in the early morning, then additionally cooled to preserve their freshness and avoid any oxidation. Gentle processing promotes the exceptional transparency and luminosity of this rosé wine. The grapes undergo fermentation spontaneously at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with the vineyard's own native yeasts.
