The delicate and complex nose reveals aromas of fruits and flowers. Immediately bold and pure on the palate, it develops into a full-bodied roundness, finishing with refreshing minerality.

100% Viognier grapes are densely grown on only 0.8 hectares of steep, terraced land overlooking Chavanay. The 30 year old wines grow in granitic gneiss and mineral-rich soil, with clay fractures allowing an optimal balance of moisture and deep rooting.

Handpicked at the height of the berries juiciness, the whole bunches are pressed and then allowed to settle for 24 hours. After, fermentation occurs in 12 hl oak casks. The wine is allowed to mature in those same casks for 8 months with no racking.
