A delicious nose of fresh red berries, with a fresh and vivid sensation. Has a fine palate and elegant tannins.

A wine made from 100% Syrah grapes, grown on 60 year old vines in a 0.7 hectare plot overlooking the Rhône Valley. The soil is decomposed muscovite granite, with pure hard rock deeper below.

After being handpicked, the grapes are transferred to 30 hl tanks, with 20% whole bunches. They are very lightly crushed, then fermented using local yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 22 months, 50% in large oak barrels and 50% in barrels already used for two other wines.
