Starting with the nose, this wine has the aroma of forest berries. Perfectly balanced thanks to the blending of multiple plots, this wine has supple and silky tannins. The taste of fruit is both ripe and crisp, followed by a powerful and full body, then finishing with subtle smoke and spiciness.

This 100% Syrah wine is grown from three plots in Chavanay, totaling 1.6 hectares with a mix of muscovite granite and gneiss, and vines with an average age of 35 years old.

Each parcel of land is vinified separately with natural, local yeasts before being blended together for bottling. The aging process takes place over 9 months in barrels.
