Balanced and pleasant with notes of fresh fruit and delicate white flowers on the nose. Begins with a fresh taste and rich, smooth texture, tapering off to a refreshing touch of bitterness.

A blend of 50% Marsanne and 50% Roussanne, grown on 1 hectare of sandy, granitic soil in Chavanay. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified separately. Following the pressing, they are allowed to settle for 24 hours. The Marsanne is vinified in 10 hl clay jars while the Roussanne is kept in 4 hl barrels, both for 8 months before being blended and bottled.
